The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable stay; however, they were not soundproof which could lead to disturbances. The service was friendly and attentive, with staff showing enthusiasm and kindness. The location was convenient, situated in the center of Jakarta near important facilities. The dining offered a good variety of Indonesian and Continental food options but could use more international choices. The facilities were well-kept and satisfying.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and cute, and the sofabed added a nice touch to the comfort. The huge breakfast buffet made my mornings incredibly comfortable. The staff, from entrance to the room, were really friendly and welcoming. However, the early morning noise from rooms above was a bit of a downside.
